Be aware of unauthorized agencies misusing the ICO – WOC® brand

The official registration agency for WOC2026® is MCI The Netherlands. Please ensure you only rely on information from trusted sources such as the ICO website, the WOC2026® website, and the MCI website.

You may be contacted by phone, email, or see advertisements from unauthorized individuals or companies posing as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies. These entities may use aggressive or deceptive tactics to solicit registrations and falsely claim to represent WOC2026®.

Some may even illegally use the WOC2026® name or logo and misrepresent themselves as the official registration agency. Please note: these companies are not affiliated with ICO, WOC2026®, or MCI, and are not authorized to act on their behalf.

If you are approached by anyone offering registration services for WOC2026®, do not engage or make any payments. Registrations made through unauthorized channels will not grant access to WOC2026®. If possible, gather details such as the company name, contact person, and phone number, and report them to MCI The Netherlands at [email protected].

Additionally, if you receive any requests for direct payments to the International Council of Ophthalmology, please do not respond. ICO does not solicit payments directly from individuals or organizations. Notify MCI The Netherlands immediately if you encounter such requests.
