Visa Requirements in Czech Republic

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for entry to Czech Republic and to apply for a visa, if necessary. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.

Visitors from non-EU countries must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the planned departure from the Czech Republic. Please note that the visa application process can take up to 2 months or more. Therefore, the participants requiring visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of the Czech Republic in their home country in order to avoid any inconvenience. Invitation Letter for Visa Application

All participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration process. The WOC Secretariat will not issue any letter of invitation without a confirmed and paid registration fee. Upon completion of your registration fee payment, you will automatically receive the Visa Invitation Letter (as a PDF attachment) by email.

Official invitation by Congress Organiser – required information:

– Your full name
– Date of birth
– Place of birth
– Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
– Passport number
– Date of expiry of your passport

Condition for the issuance of the invitation letter by the Congress Organiser is as follows:
