The congress of Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology
As the region’s preeminent meeting for ophthalmologists and visual scientists, APAO 2019 will feature more than 600 internationally renowned speakers presenting the latest discoveries and ideas in all the major ophthalmic subspecialties. An attendance figure of at least 5,000 delegates is anticipated.

World Ophthalmology Congress which will be held in the same venue. It promises to attract

The organisers are busy assembling a faculty of respected speakers, both internationally

32nd international Congress of German Ophthalmic Surgeons
The DOC is one of the most important events in ophthalmic surgery in Europe.
Internationally renowned experts present innovations and further developments and discuss the gold standards of ophthalmic surgery with the audience.
The scientific programme was rounded off by a series of seminars on management in clinics and practices as well as symposia in the fields of anaesthesia, contact lenses and strabology.
The programme for doctors was supplemented by a comprehensive programme for ophthalmological assistants (OAP), i.e. medical assistants and operating theatre nurses.
The special highlights this year were the video live surgery in 3D on two days and the extension of the Master Class coursesto include glaucoma therapy, refractive surgery and eyelid surgery.
This year we welcomed around 6.100 participants and 125 exhibitors, who were represented on around 4.630 sqm of exhibition space.

XIV International Congress of the Middle East and Africa Council of Ophthalmology

The 117th meeting of the DOG Congress will take place 26-29 September 2019 in Berlin, Germany. The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), with local office support from Sightsavers, is hosting the IAPB Council of Members 2019 meetings in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The Council will be from 7-8 October 2019, preceded by the IAPB Work Groups, Committees, and Board meetings on 5-6 October.
The IAPB Council brings together world leaders in eye health and vision care to discuss issues relevant to the elimination of avoidable blindness and visual impairment globally. The meetings are also an opportunity to meet and discuss the latest in eye health with your peers.
2019 Vision and Eye Health
The 2019 Vision and Eye Health campaign aims to raise awareness for issues surrounding eye health in order to encourage awareness, prevention, diagnosis, and the treatment for the general public and to educate ophthalmologists and optometrists on the innovations in the field. The campaign is launching in association with the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, the College of Optometrists, and Vision Matters.

The Asia-Pacific Glaucoma Society (APGS) is delighted to bring you the 5th Asia-Pacific Glaucoma Congress in conjunction with the 11th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology (MSO)! APGC 2020 aims to bring together all professionals involved in the glaucoma field – clinicians, scientists, students and other health practitioners from the Ophthalmology field with a focus on Glaucoma.
