Welcome reception
All congress participants are invited to join the Congress Welcome Reception to relax, network with colleagues from around the world and exchange with top industry leaders. Conveniently located within the congress venue (on the exhibition), the welcome reception is the first social event of the programme. It will be filled with ambience created by your surroundings where you will enjoy delicious bites.

Poster reception
You are all invited to join the Poster Reception, where you will have the opportunity to walk around the Poster Area, exchange with Poster Presenters and enjoy refreshing drinks.

Congress dinner
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to attend our standing dinner reception in a special location, located only a 10-minute drive away from the Vancouver Convention Centre (VCC). For your convenience, buses will be arranged from (and to) the VCC.
The Vancouver Aquarium, located in Stanley Park, is a renowned marine science centre and aquarium. It provides a unique and captivating setting. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful evening surrounded by fascinating aquatic displays.
The event promises not only delicious food but also an immersive experience, with the enchanting marine life serving as a backdrop for entertainment and networking with the top international experts in the field of Ophthalmology.
